PROFILE OF KEY STAFF

1. ENGR. B.A. SOYODE, FNSCHE Managing Director/CEO, has over 41 years experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries, covering engineering, operations, management and statutory control. As the original promoter, his vision and enterprise provide strategic direction for the company. He has a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Management Development Programme at Harvard University. He retired from NNPC in 1990 as Group General Manager, Corporate Planning and Development.

2. DR. EDDIE WIKINA
Deputy Managing Director/Business Development Director, has over 25 years experience in the Oil and Gas, and Petrochemical industries. He was responsible at various times in senior management positions including Nigerian Content Development, External Affairs Manager, Head Community Development, Head Human Resources General Services, Senior Planning Engineer in Shell Petroleum Development Company; and Chief Engineer in NAFCON, the primary Fertiliser Company in Nigeria.
He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST) and obtained B. Sc. Degree in 1976 and subsequently completed post graduate studies also at UMIST, and carried out research on Pressure Vessels and Piping leading to award of M. Sc degree in 1978, and Ph. D in 1980.
He has attended various professional and Leadership development programmes in various institutes, and earned Diploma in Public Relations, and certificate in General Management.
He retired from Shell Nigeria in 2006 as General Manager Nigerian Content.

3. ENGR. SUNDAY OLU AYODELE Operations Supervisor, has over 17 years experience in the practice of mechanical engineering. He is skilled in production, foundry, fabrication of equipment and parts as well as plant erection. He has participated in many successful [rojects ranging from plant erection, overhauling of Power Plant Unit of WPRC (NNPC), Turn Around Maintenance of NAFCON (now NOTORE) Plant, etc. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B. Eng.) from University of Ilorin, Nigeria (1990). He is a member of COREN, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Foundry Association of Nigeria.

4. SYED ANWAR HUSSAIN JAFRI
QA/QC Manager, has over 21 years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. He is skilled in pressure vessels fabrication, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, quality management and preparation of documentation manual. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from N.E.D. University, Karachi, Pakistan in 1987.
A member of various professional bodies in Pakistan, such as Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology, Pakistan Institute of Quality Control, etc.

5. ANTHONY OSAYANDE

HSE Co-ordinator, has over 9 years job experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He holds a B. SC. Degree in Physics from Edo State University, Ekpoma, Professional Certificate in Safety and enrolled for Post graduate Diploma in Petroleum Engineering at University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He is skilled in health, safety and environment issues and has attended professional courses in Ergonomics, Environmental awareness, Basic Fire Fighting, General HSE, etc.


6. ONAOLAPO FATAI OWOLABI

Head, Admin/Human Resources, has 17 years working experience in general administration and human capital management.
He has a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Delta State University, Abraka (2000) B.A (Ed) from University of Lagos, Akoka-Yaba (1990).
He is highly skilled in manpower development and training, human relations and community relations. He has attended workshops/conferences on various management programmes, especially those organised by Industrial Training Fund.
He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management

7. ANTHONY AJAYI
Plant Accountant, has over 5 years experience in management accounting, project accounting and cost accounting. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy(2003)from Lagos State Polytechnic. He became a Chartered Accountant in 2008. He is a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA).


8. MAXWELL ENEH

Business Development Engineer, has over 6 years experience in engineering, especially in business development activities. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (1997).
